Inspired by all we've learned from the Edible Schoolyard, Seattle Tilth, and the fantastic variety of lesson plans we come across on a weekly basis, we're excited to present the beginning of the LCSG Lesson Plan Collection. (Fancy, eh?) In the interest of keeping things simple, we limited ourselves to a single page per lesson. Can you believe it?! They certainly aren't perfect (is anything ever?), but they're a great place to start and we look forward to improving and adding to our collection as time permits.
